We offer a 30-day refund policy for defective pest control products. This means you have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return due to defects in the product(s) for a 100% refund. We gladly accept the return or exchange of defective products due to manufacturing issues, workmanship errors, or fulfillment mistakes resulting in the shipment of incorrect product(s) (e.g., receiving a mosquito repellant product instead of a rodent control product).

Returns for Non-Defective Products

If you wish to return a non-defective pest control product (e.g., unopened pest control sprays, traps, or baits), please review the following carefully:

  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return under the 30-day policy, your item must be unused, unopened, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging to ensure product integrity and safety.

  • Process:

    1. Contact us at support@hellopest.org within 30 days of purchase to initiate a return, providing your order number and reason for the return.

    2. Package your items carefully in the original box to prevent damage during transit. Damaged items may result in a partial refund or denial of the return.

    3. A refund (minus shipping costs) will be issued to your original payment method. Shipping costs include the amount we were initially charged to ship the product to you, as well as the cost of return shipping to us. If you selected standard shipping within the Continental U.S., and no shipping fee was charged at purchase, the cost of original and return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

    4. Please allow up to 14 business days after we receive the return for the refund to be processed.

Damages and Issues

Exchanges

For exchanges of non-defective products (e.g., exchanging a general pest control spray for a tick-specific product), the fastest way to get the desired item is to return the original product following the process above and place a new order for the preferred item once the return is accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
